Job summary

Kenco is seeking a Learning Consultant in Chattanooga, TN to design, develop, and deliver learning programs for all employees. You will manage instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats under the Director of Learning & Development, with a focus on LMS administration and program coordination.

Travel up to ~25% is expected. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in designing training, plus LMS experience, are required. Strong communication and data analysis skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years designing and delivering soft skills programs.
• 3–5 years of LMS support or related experience.
• 2–4 years navigating technical systems with data analysis.
• Portfolio of eLearning courses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs in a variety of formats.
• Administer LMS and support learning paths, curricula, assessments, and surveys.
• Coordinate and schedule programs; monitor progress.
• Analyze data on implemented learning programs.
