Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Specialist to drive planning, coordination, and delivery of learning programs across the organization. The role partners with Talent Development, HR, and external vendors to ensure a high-quality learning experience for employees worldwide.

You will support onboarding, leadership development, mentoring, and enterprise learning initiatives while continually improving program design and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, or events with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience supporting employee development, onboarding, or learning initiatives; global or multi-site a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global learning programs with Global Learning Champions, managing logistics, registrations, and materials.
• Support virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning events end-to-end.
• Track timelines and deliverables, proactively resolving issues for smooth execution.
• Maintain the LMS, course records, enrollment, attendance, and evaluation data.
• Manage learning content on SharePoint and Teams.
• Develop communications and content to drive awareness and participation in learning programs.
• Prepare program summaries and executive updates.
• Partner with HRBPs, Learning Champions, leaders, and external vendors to coordinate program delivery.
• Support vendor management (invoicing, documentation) and provide responsive learner support.
• Track participation and effectiveness metrics; build reports and dashboards; gather feedback for improvements.
