Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. in Foster City, CA, seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to deliver engaging training across the organization, both in person and virtually (Zoom, Teams).

You will partner with the Talent Development team to adapt curricula for a distributed workforce and ensure high-quality learning experiences. Responsibilities include coordinating sessions, supporting instructional design, onboarding, and post-session follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Communications, Organizational Development or related field with 2+ years training facilitation/delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions up to five days a week across multiple topics.
• Partner with Senior Learning Specialist and Director to bring curricula to life.
• Support onboarding and New Employee Orientation delivery.
• Maintain delivery records and attendance in the LMS.
