Job summary
Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Knowledge Manager to lead the integrated Knowledge Management team supporting the National Guard Bureau KM Program.
The role translates NGB priorities and KM doctrine into executable governance, architecture, knowledge-flow, maturity, training, decision-support, collaboration, and continuous-improvement activities across the National Guard Enterprise (NGE).
Qualifications
- At least five years applying enterprise Knowledge Management principles.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Learning, Library Science, or related field.
- Experience with knowledge-flow analysis, metadata, taxonomy, and KM governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day KM team execution and establish priorities across KM Analysts and ESSRs.
- Serve as senior advisor for enterprise KM maturation across the NGB KM Program.
- Coordinate governance activities with Government KM Program Manager and stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate governance meetings, reviews, and knowledge outputs on schedule.
- Develop, publish, and maintain KM governance products and roadmaps.
- Oversee KM maturity assessments, KPI metrics, and reporting cadence.
- Ensure knowledge architecture, taxonomy, and repositories are maintained and compliant.
