Job summary

Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC seeks a Senior Knowledge Manager to lead the KM team supporting the National Guard Bureau. You will translate priorities into governance, architecture, and knowledge-flow activities across the National Guard Enterprise to drive maturity and training.

The role requires enterprise KM expertise, governance experience, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a regulated environment. Security clearance and DoD experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Five+ years applying enterprise Knowledge Management principles.
• Certifications in KM (CKM/CKS) or equivalent, or a bachelor’s in a related field.
• Experience with KM governance, maturity assessments, and lifecycle methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day KM team execution, set priorities and monitor quality.
• Coordinate KM governance with multiple stakeholders and working groups.
• Develop and publish KM governance products and roadmaps.
• Oversee KM maturity assessments and reporting cadence.
