Job summary

INTECON is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Consultant to lead enterprise KM initiatives for the National Guard Bureau. This on-site role at the Arlington, VA facility focuses on governance, program maturity, and executive communications across the National Guard Enterprise.

The successful candidate will drive KM processes, develop governance products, and coordinate with KMOs and governance groups, including change management and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years applying enterprise KM principles (knowledge flow, lifecycle, architecture).
• Experience supporting KM governance structures and maturity assessments.
• CKM certification and SharePoint Online proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead KM program management across the enterprise per CNGBI 5002.01 and NGB methodologies.
• Facilitate KM governance bodies and publish decisions and docs on schedule.
• Develop and publish KM governance products and strategic calendars.
• Produce executive summaries, white papers, and senior leader briefings.
• Maintain KM metrics, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Support change management to update processes and artifacts enterprise-wide.
