Job summary

Q2Impact is seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst to support the National Guard Bureau’s enterprise KMS. The role focuses on capturing, structuring, governing, and making knowledge assets accessible across 54 states, territories, and DC to enhance decision‑making and mission readiness.

The KMA will lead content governance, metadata management, and UX for enterprise collaboration tools, while driving data quality, audits, and training for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five+ years applying enterprise Knowledge Management (KM) including lifecycle, architecture, and governance.
• Experience with metadata, taxonomy, and knowledge product development.
• KM governance, training personnel, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and improve the Knowledge Management System (KMS) aligned with KM governance.
• Create metadata schemas, taxonomy structures, and workflow automation within the KMS.
• Coordinate with ESSRs and platform engineers to implement KM‑driven solutions.
• Lead content governance: ingestion, review, publication, and lifecycle monitoring.
• Provide KM training, job aids, SOPs, and user adoption support.
• Produce dashboards and analytics to support governance and decision‑making.
• Support AI readiness by structuring content for machine‑readable classification.
