Job summary

Advanced Computer Learning Company, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Manager Trainer/Analyst to support the development, execution, assessment, and continuous improvement of the NGB enterprise Knowledge Management Program. The role connects governance, architecture, content lifecycle, capture, training, learning, stakeholder coordination, and decision-support activities.

Qualifications

At least five years applying enterprise Knowledge Management principles.
Experience delivering KM training or curriculum using LMS platforms and structured lifecycle model (ADDPI).
Bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Learning or Library Science or CKM/CKS certifications are acceptable.

Responsibilities

Support KM program management, governance forums, and enterprise coordination.
Analyze knowledge flows, gaps, and information architectures; recommend improvements.
Support knowledge architecture, taxonomy, metadata, and content lifecycle stewardship.
Facilitate knowledge capture through interviews, lessons-learned sessions, and workshops; convert tacit knowledge into reusable products.
Develop knowledge products such as maps, flow depictions, directories, SIPOC, RACI/ VENn models, and related visuals.
Manage content lifecycle: ingestion, validation, publication, version control, review, archival, and retirement of assets.
Conduct KM maturity assessments and provide corrective guidance; improve maturity-model measures.
