Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking a content strategist and writer who can shape operational content for employees and advisors, ensuring consistency with brand and style. You will publish across platforms, audit content for accuracy, and drive improvements with data-driven insights.

You’ll collaborate across the firm, manage multi-stream projects, and lead content initiatives with stakeholders, leveraging analytics and training teammates to improve delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in content management, web development or related field.
• Experience with enterprise content management systems and web analytics; AEM preferred.
• Experience creating content for AI-driven delivery platforms, including chatbots and virtual assistants.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high-quality operational content consistent with brand and standards.
• Publish and manage content across platforms for various audience personas.
• Manage complex content projects with multiple work streams and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with departments to align content goals and opportunities and train teammates.
• Leverage analytics to evaluate content effectiveness and identify improvements.
