Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, MIS or English or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in content management, web development or related field (technical writer or internal communications).
  • Experience with enterprise content management systems and web analytics, experience with AEM preferred.
  • Experience creating content for AI-driven delivery platforms, including chatbots and virtual assistants.

Responsibilities

  • Write and edit high-quality and engaging operational content, ensuring consistency with writing standards and LPL Financial's brand in style and tone.
  • Publish and manage content across multiple platforms for various audience personas; conduct ongoing audits of content to ensure information is accurate and relevant.
  • Manage complex content projects with multiple work streams; coordinate content and communication strategy discussions with key project stakeholders.
  • Closely partner with departments across the firm to build strong relationships and ensure alignment on content goals and opportunities.
  • Independently manage daily assignments and participate in the peer review quality control process.
  • Leverage analytics to evaluate effectiveness of content and uncover opportunities for content improvement.
  • Actively participate, and at times lead, team, project and/or business process meetings.
  • Serve as a content management SME and assist in training teammates.
  • Partner with Technology and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test script creation, and troubleshooting defects within content management systems.
  • Write and edit high-quality and engaging technical and operational content, ensuring consistency with writing standards and LPL Financial's brand in style and tone.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Management Information Systems, English or related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in content management, web development or related field (technical writer or internal communications).

Pay Range

#LI-PA Pay Range: $76,220.00 - $127,102.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
