Cooper’s Hawk is seeking an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager in Orlando to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen in partnership with the Executive Kitchen Manager. You will ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and guest experience while coaching a culinary team.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and execution, with focus on development of team members and maintaining operational excellence within a dynamic dining environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred
• Proven ability to coach and develop leaders through feedback and performance management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations across dish, prep, and line stations
• Lead kitchen training, food execution, new menu roll-outs and system initiatives
• Participate in hourly kitchen Team Member hiring
• Mentor and develop Kitchen Managers and Team Members through coaching
• Maintain food safety standards and a safe work environment
• Oversee inventory, ordering and scheduling to optimize costs
