Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume scratch kitchen. You will drive culinary execution, coach a team, and ensure excellence in food quality, safety, and service while delivering uncompromising hospitality.

You will mentor managers, lead menu rollouts, and partner with the team to shape a positive kitchen culture and guest experiences that reflect Cooper’s Hawk values.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• A passion for culinary excellence.
• Adaptability and the ability to lead teams through change.
• Read, understand and communicate in English.

• Direct kitchen operations across all stations and Kitchen Managers.
• Lead new menu rollouts, kitchen initiatives, and private events.
• Oversee final interviews and approve kitchen team hiring decisions.
• Mentor and develop managers through coaching and feedback.
