Cooper’s Hawk is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-volume scratch kitchen and drive the culinary execution of our menu paired with our wines. You’ll be the culinary leader and coach, mentoring the team to ensure excellence in food quality, safety, and service with a focus on uncompromising hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Able to lead and coach a diverse team with strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Direct kitchen operations across all stations and chefs.
• Lead new menu rollouts and private events, including Wine Club dinners.
• Oversee hiring decisions and mentor managers through coaching and feedback.
• Foster growth and career progression within the team.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
