Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Florida is hiring an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen. You’ll partner with the Executive Kitchen Manager to ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and team development while driving hospitality and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and execution to deliver an outstanding guest experience and to grow the culinary team. Compensation includes base salary and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and communicate in English.
• Willing to work 50-60 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations across dish, prep, and line stations.
• Lead kitchen training, new menu rollouts and system initiatives.
• Mentor Kitchen Managers and Team Members through coaching.
• Maintain food safety and quality standards.
