Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to help lead a high-volume scratch kitchen alongside the Executive Kitchen Manager, focusing on food quality, consistency, safety and team development.

You will drive leadership, training, and execution to deliver an outstanding guest experience while growing the culinary team and ensuring operational excellence. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $83,000 per year with a 10% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Scratch kitchen experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations across dish, prep and line stations.
• Lead kitchen training, food execution, and new menu roll-outs.
• Foster collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Maintain food safety standards and quality.
• Mentor and develop Kitchen Managers and Team Members.
