Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking an Assistant Executive Kitchen Manager to lead a high-volume scratch kitchen alongside the Executive Kitchen Manager. You will drive food quality, consistency, and safety while coaching your team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in kitchen management, strong communication, and financial acumen. This on-site role supports a dynamic culinary team and offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours.

Responsibilities

• Direct kitchen operations with Kitchen Managers and Team Members.
• Review schedules and manage operating systems.
• Lead line checks, prep lists, and inventory oversight.
• Maintain food safety and a safe work environment.
• Lead kitchen training and new menu roll-outs.
