Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a skilled sales professional to own market development within designated accounts in Wisconsin. You will drive distribution, displays, pricing, and promotions while partnering with wholesalers and brokers to grow market share.

The role requires 1–5 years in spirits or CPG, strong presentation and negotiation skills, willingness to travel, and a bachelor’s degree. Compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, 401(k) match, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of work experience in Spirits, Beer, RTD, or consumer-packaged goods.
• Proven track record in sales, promotions and account management.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Market/Key Accounts Execution: manage SGS portfolio in assigned territory and ensure end-to-end activation of see-through KPI deliverables.
• Business Planning: align distribution, programming and activation with customers and wholesalers/brokers.
• Relationship Management: build strong customer partnerships and collaborate with marketing for in-market activations.
