Job summary

Socket.dev in Atlanta, GA seeks a Key Account Project Manager to coordinate complex customer projects and execute strategic account initiatives. You’ll partner with Key Account Managers across sales and operations, manage timelines and budgets, and travel to customer sites as needed to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes strong communication, stakeholder management, and alliance-building with internal teams to drive high-quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years in project management or account support.
Strong written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

Support Key Account Managers in oversight of projects across strategic accounts.
Serve as a day-to-day liaison between customer, KAM, and internal teams.
Maintain understanding of customer priorities and account plans.
Assist in developing tailored solutions and proposals.
Support meetings, site visits, and presentations with KAMs; travel as needed.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, aligned to expectations.
Coordinate resources and partners for multi-account initiatives.
Document progress with detailed plans and status updates.
Identify risks and escalation needs with KAMs; manage resolutions.
