Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Key Account Manager for the West Region to remotely manage top health-system accounts, translate product value, and drive revenue while aligning with contracting strategies and cross-functional teams.

You will develop territory plans, build executive relationships, and lead pull-through activities to maximize margins, with 3-5 years sales experience and advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience is required.
• Possesses strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Self-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Development of business relationships with assigned customers and planning territory objectives.
• Work closely with internal and external customers and coordinate pull-through activities to maximize contract gross margin.
• Network with field sales and Sanofi Pasteur colleagues to support training and development.
• Partner with customers to identify unmet business needs and build a business case.
• Forecast sales potential and develop territory business plans for strategic accounts.
