Hansa Biopharma seeks a senior Key Account Manager to drive U.S. sales strategy for a new kidney transplant product and achieve launch targets.

This individual contributor role requires building sales in new territories, executing strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally with Market Access, Medical, Operations, Marketing and Trade to establish a strong regional foundation. You will report to the Regional Business Director and work with transplant teams, hospitals and academic centers,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred or equivalent years of work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of key account sales experience in pharma/biotech, with 5+ years in nephrology, transplant, rare disease or institutional sales.
• Extensive inpatient/institutional new product launch experience.
• Direct experience with designated accounts, stakeholders, KOLs, and executive-level customers of high influence.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales results through strategic account plans and key opportunity identification.
• Build and maintain relationships with target HCPs, hospital and transplant staff.
• Navigate complex hospital and academic centers to gain access to stakeholders and decisions.
• Communicate with internal partners on strategies impacting KAM territory and national markets.
• Maximize budget and execute local/regional exhibits and speaker programs.
• Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and partnerships.
