Job summary

Amgen seeks a strategic Key Account Manager to lead account strategies across hospitals, clinics, and health systems in the U.S. You’ll report to a Key Account Director and drive access, performance, and patient outcomes for Amgen brands.

You will operate with autonomy, translating plans into actionable strategies while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results within complex healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or advanced degree with 2+ years of sales/account management experience OR Masters with 4+ years OR Bachelors with 6+ years of experience.
• Experience with Buy & Bill reimbursement models is preferred.
• Experience working with IDNs, GPOs, or complex healthcare systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account strategies within defined geography or customer segment, including live and virtual engagements.
• Oversee business performance, account planning, and resource coordination within assigned accounts.
• Interpret and execute business plans to achieve objectives and optimize access and outcomes.
