Amgen in the United States seeks a Cardiovascular Key Account Manager to drive strategic initiatives within hospital and health-system accounts in Brooklyn, NY. You will partner with field teams to optimize portfolio utilization and patient access across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.

The role requires deep account management experience, clinical insight, and the ability to navigate complex payer and clinical landscapes while delivering compliant, data-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years of sales/account management experience.
• Masters with 4+ years of sales/account management experience.
• Bachelor with 6+ years of sales/account management experience.
• 3+ years account management/public payor experience preferred.
• Cardiology and dyslipidemia market knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic lead for assigned key accounts, executing compliant, innovative strategies to engage priority providers.
• Ensure institutional availability across inpatient and ambulatory care settings.
• Lead implementation initiatives for sustainable institution/system utilization.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to CVBU strategy.
• Coordinate with matrix teams to arrange approved programs and hospital initiatives.
