Job summary

Henkel is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager for Packaging & Labeling within Adhesive Technologies. The role covers delivering sales objectives, developing strategic plans, and coordinating with regional teams. You will drive value at the local level, manage RFP/RFQ processes, and coach field staff.

Travel up to 50% is expected, including international assignments to Canada. A BA/BS and strong communication skills are required for collaboration with senior management and customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in industrial/technical sales or Key Account Management.
• Exhibited knowledge of applicable products and applications including product chemistries, applications, manufacturing, and equipment a plus.
• Excellent planning, organization, negotiation, project management, customer focus, results, and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivering annual sales and profit objectives set by the APC SBU.
• Development of a strategic plan consistent with APC SBU business objectives.
• Communication of strategic plans to regional teams and accountability for implementation.
• Regular Business Reviews to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
• Responsible for managing RFP and RFQ process.
• Coaching and development of field sales staff as needed.
• Coordinate key account visits and executive level engagement.
