Job summary

Philip Morris International (PMI) is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth across regional accounts and strengthen customer partnerships.

You will develop and execute account plans, build relationships with key customer decision-makers, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth. Hybrid work environment and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in CPG sales, account management, or related field.
• Strong customer relationships, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue, profit, market share, and distribution goals.
• Build relationships with key customer decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities in merchandising, pricing, promotions, and category management.
• Analyze sales and market data to drive business decisions.
• Manage trade and promotional budgets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support customer growth.
• Coach and develop account representatives.
