Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Key Account Executive to cover the Virginia territory, including Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and surrounding areas. You will educate, upsell, and manage accounts while serving as the bridge between clients and LabCorp operations.

The ideal candidate has outside sales or account management experience, healthcare market knowledge, and Salesforce proficiency. Overnight travel may be required; base salary with bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years outside account management or sales experience.
• Diagnostics, medical or laboratory sales experience beneficial.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate and upsell accounts in the territory.
• Liaise between client and LabCorp operations to meet client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and issue resolution for customers.
• Support customer retention with superior service.
• Offer client-focused solutions to drive growth.
• Manage day-to-day client operations and relationships.
• Upsell current book of business to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with senior sales representatives to expand the book.
• Provide ongoing educational material to clients.
