Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our team in the Virginia territory. The territory includes Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and surrounding areas, and residency within the territory is preferred.

The role focuses on educating and upselling accounts, serving as the liaison with LabCorp operations, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least a high school diploma, with a preferred bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years outside account management or sales experience.
• Diagnostics, medical or laboratory sales experience preferred.
• Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory.
• Function as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base.
• Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service.
• Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive.
• Provide account management for client's day to day operations.
• Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth.
• Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business.
• Continuously provide educational material to the client base.
• Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner.
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis.

Education

High school or equivalent
