Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Key Account Executive to join our Virginia territory. The role covers Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas and surrounding areas, with travel as needed.

You will educate and upsell accounts, serve as a liaison with LabCorp operations, and drive retention and growth. Bachelor's degree preferred, 3+ years of sales/healthcare experience and Salesforce proficiency are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years outside account management or sales experience.
• Diagnostics, medical or laboratory sales experience.
• Salesforce experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct, and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory.
• Function as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base.
• Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service.
• Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth.
• Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business.
• Continuously provide educational material to the client base.
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis.
