Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Key Account (Sales) Executive to cover the Hampton Roads area in Virginia. The role focuses on educating and upselling accounts, managing a book of business, and delivering superior client service while aligning with Labcorp’s operations team.

Minimum qualifications include 3+ years in outside sales or account management and a High School Diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Travel overnight is required and a bonus/commission plan is available.

Responsibilities

• Educate and upsell accounts within the assigned territory.
• Act as liaison between client and Labcorp operations.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customers.
• Ensure customer retention with superior service.
• Recommend client-focused solutions.
• Manage day-to-day client operations.
• Upsell to increase organic growth and meet targets.
• Collaborate with senior sales reps to grow book of business.
• Deliver educational material to clients and resolve issues promptly.
