Job summary

ABB is seeking a senior strategic account leader to develop and manage relationships with data center accounts within ABB Electrification. You will drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across divisions and locations, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver ABB solutions.

You will report to the Strategic Program Director, work remotely with travel as needed, and use Salesforce to align plans, track pipeline, and execute strategic initiatives with channel partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years in relevant industry.
• Experience with data center customers is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Electrification products.
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and build business plans.
• Technical background in data center market with strong communication.
• Work authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement plans and SoWs to drive growth across divisions and locations.
• Drive Customer-Centric Sales Strategy: Understand drivers and risks to shape tailored sales targets.
• Build Trusted Relationships: Engage decision-makers, deliver ABB solutions aligned with customer needs and profitability.
• Enable Competitive & Coordinated Execution: Monitor market trends, use Salesforce, ensure unified sales planning and issue resolution.
