Job summary

Randstad North America is seeking a senior leader to drive North American Technology Portfolio Strategy and Execution. You will partner with technology and business leadership to implement a multi-year tech roadmap, establish governance, and optimize delivery models.

The role focuses on executive communications, risk management, and strategic alignment across regions. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of relevant experience, MBA preferred, and demonstrates expertise in Run vs Build budgeting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of related and progressive experience.
• Proficiency using Google Mail, Calendar, and Shared Drives.
• Broad understanding of technology portfolio management, executive operations, financial management (CapEx/OpEx, TCO, Run vs. Build).
• Demonstrated leadership across cross-functional teams and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive operations, communications, CIO routines, ITMT cadences, QBRs, and executive reporting.
• Govern portfolio governance and standardize cross-functional processes with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Infrastructure, and Security.
• Own prioritization frameworks, scenario planning, and transparent strategic communications.
• Define and mature enterprise delivery playbooks and funding models toward value-stream funding.
• Oversee Run vs. Build budget allocations and financial management with cross-functional partners.
• Refine IT operating model, capacity planning, and long-term capability/skills planning.
• Establish portfolio reviews, management routines, and AI-enabled improvements for operations.
• Set OKR/KPI frameworks and elevate technology organization to strategic order shaping.
• Oversee risk management and maintain quality standards across portfolios.
