Qualifications

• Significant experience as CIO, SVP IT, VP Technology or equivalent.
• Extensive manufacturing/industrial sector experience.
• Proven leadership of large-scale tech transformation programs.
• Experience guiding growth, acquisitions and greenfield sites.
• Strong knowledge of ERP, MES, supply chain and OT environments.
• Track record modernising diverse enterprise apps and infrastructure.
• Deep cybersecurity expertise in manufacturing contexts.
• Experience building senior technology teams and budgets.
• Ability to operate in global or matrix organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute US technology strategy aligned with growth.
• Define multi-year technology roadmap to support expansion.
• Lead enterprise transformation across systems, data and cyber.
• Assess landscape and drive simplification, standardisation.
• Establish IT operating model for a rapidly scaling US entity.
