Qualifications

• Five years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting for IT roles.
• Experience using Workday as an ATS.
• Experience with recruiting data analytics and metrics.
• Ability to adapt to change with strong stakeholder management and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong external talent networks across the U.S. and Canada to attract qualified candidates into Workday.
• Develop pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner alongside hiring leaders across IT and R&D.
• Leverage tools and technologies (Workday, resume databases, LinkedIn, boolean search, job boards) to identify and engage top talent.
• Share market insights and competitive intelligence with hiring managers to inform hiring strategies.
