Job summary

3M is seeking an experienced HR Technology Senior Analyst specializing in Workday Talent Management to deliver scalable, compliant employee experiences globally. You will own end-to-end design and govern complex talent configurations across performance, talent reviews, succession, and internal mobility.

Based in Maplewood, MN with on-site presence required, you will lead analysts, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive improvements and ensure audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of HR Technology experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Five (5) years of Workday configuration experience specializing in Talent Management in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts or technical team members.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior Workday expert for Talent Management system design and configurations, specifically across Performance, Talent Reviews, Skills, Goals, Succession, and Talent Insights.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system designs.
• Ensure all functional designs adhere to governance, documentation standards, compliance requirements, and audit controls.
• Partner with technical teams on talent-related integrations, data flows, and troubleshooting.
