Dahl Consulting is partnering with a manufacturing and tech leader to recruit a Recruiting Specialist for a 4-month contract in Maplewood, MN. You will act as a strategic partner, building pipelines across the United States and Canada for IT and technical roles.

The role emphasizes sourcing, market intelligence, and collaboration with business leaders to drive hiring success, with responsibilities spanning candidate engagement, labor market insights, and metrics-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting IT roles (software, cybersecurity, data analytics).
• Experience with Workday or equivalent ATS.
• Strong recruiting metrics, reporting, and data analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Strong communication and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain external talent networks for current and future hiring.
• Develop and manage pipelines for niche, technical, hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers across IT, R&D, and corporate teams.
• Utilize ATS, resume databases, job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search to engage candidates.
• Conduct market research on talent availability and hiring trends.
• Design sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality.
• Provide labor market insights to support workforce planning.
• Perform talent mapping and pipeline development for future needs.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes.
• Support additional talent acquisition projects as assigned.
