Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong experience configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting.
• Experience working within Workday HCM environments.
• Deep understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and recruiting workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Business Processes, including configuration and optimization.
• Experience evaluating existing Workday environments and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Ability to facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing functional support for Workday Recruiting, including configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, testing, release management, and system enhancements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Recruiting within a large-scale HR technology optimization initiative.
• Assess existing recruiting processes, business workflows, and system configurations to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and better user experiences.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Technology, IT teams, and external consulting partners to understand business needs and recommend practical solutions.
• Participate in discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and stakeholder discussions to gather and validate business requirements.
• Document current-state processes, pain points, future-state recommendations, and system decisions.
• Translate business requirements into clearly defined enhancements, configuration changes, and prioritized backlog items.
• Support Workday business process configuration and optimization efforts across recruiting-related functions.
• Conduct testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to configurations, business processes, testing activities, decisions, and support procedures.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to internal team members to ensure long-term sustainability and operational success.
