Connection seeks a Principal Solution Sales Executive to lead complex, solution-based conversations at the C/S-Level and acquire new business. This is a remote direct hire role with travel 25–50% to the Texas region, targeting central states.

Ideal candidates will meet Revenue and GP targets through strategic account planning, with a strong base and commission structure. Realistic first-year OTE ranges from $250k to $300k+, supported by a comprehensive benefits package.
