You will build multi-year roadmaps with districts and Enterprise Architecture, manage escalations, and align IT initiatives with business needs, while supporting policy compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years related experience.
• Experience in Information Technology encompassing SDLC, Agile, and procurements.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with leadership.
• Ability to build credibility as a strategic partner.
• Experience handling escalations and coordinating with ITD teams.

Aufgaben

• Meet with agency leadership up to Executive level on a routine basis.
• Work with IT leadership to ensure delivery of products and services by ITD.
• Partner with districts as a point of focus for IT management and escalations.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year business capability roadmap.
• Build and maintain relationships with business partners.
• Coordinate with project managers and operations to prioritize requests.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and innovation.
• Manage escalations related to procurements and service delivery.
• Communicate customer needs and ensure alignment with ITD strategy.
• Support production operations and adherence to VDOT/VITA guidelines.
