Analytics Solutions seeks an IT Customer Relationship Manager in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on building partnerships, coordinating IT service delivery, managing escalations, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifikationen

BRMP certification or equivalent in Business Relationship Management is preferred.
Experience in IT environments with SDLC, Agile methods and technology procurements.
Excellent written and verbal communication across leadership levels.
Ability to influence and drive outcomes without formal authority.
Experience handling difficult customers and conflict resolution.
Proven ability to connect strategy to execution and drive product planning.
