The role emphasizes strategic thinking, relationship building, and effective communication with senior stakeholders, delivering value and facilitating IT service improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years related IT experience.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile, and technology procurements.
• Strong written and oral communication across leadership levels.
• Listening, rapport-building, and credibility as a strategic partner.
• Conflict negotiation with difficult customers.
• Strategic thinking and execution alignment with business goals.
• Product line planning, development and management experience.
• Knowledge of organizational structure and districts

Responsabilidades

• Meet with agency leadership up to the Executive level regularly.
• Work with IT leadership to ensure delivery of products and services.
• Partner with Districts as a focal point for IT management and escalations.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year business capability roadmap.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned business partners.
• Coordinate with project managers, service and operations managers.
• Identify opportunities for new services and improvements.
• Oversee management of partner expectations for ITD engagement.
• Manage escalations related to procurements and service delivery.
• Communicate customer needs to ITD teams.
