Stellar Professionals LLC is seeking an IT Customer Relationship Manager in Richmond, VA. This hybrid contract role will align executive leadership with IT delivery, drive product line strategy, and oversee capability roadmaps while managing complex escalations across projects and procurements.

The candidate will collaborate with enterprise architecture, project managers, and operations teams to prioritize requests, coordinate releases, and ensure security compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business or 6 years IT experience.
• 5+ years in IT with SDLC, Agile and procurements.
• 10+ years presenting to executive leadership.
• 10+ years building stakeholder rapport and partnerships.
• 10 years resolving complex stakeholder conflicts and driving outcomes.
• 1 year product line planning and lifecycle management.
• 3 years state agency knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Align IT strategy with executive leadership and district directors.
• Define multi-year capability roadmaps with business leaders.
• Own escalations across projects, service delivery, and procurements.
• Coordinate releases with PMs, Service Managers, and Ops Leads.
• Identify opportunities for new tech services and transformations.
• Influence cross‑functional teams to bridge business and IT execution.
