ManpowerGroup is seeking an HR Recruiting Specialist II to partner with hiring leaders in Maplewood, Minnesota, and across the US/Canada. You will build talent pipelines for IT, R&D, and other corporate functions, using Workday ATS, résume databases, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques to engage top talent.

The role emphasizes data-driven recruiting, market insights, and stakeholder collaboration to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, including experience recruiting for IT roles.
• Experience and knowledge with technical acumen across various IT roles and technology (e.g., software development, cybersecurity, data and analytics, applications).
• Experience using Workday as an applicant tracking system.
• Experience with recruiting data analytics and metrics.
• Ability to adapt to change in an ambiguous environment, with strong stakeholder management, project management, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong external talent networks across the U.S. and Canada to attract qualified candidates into Workday and develop pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Serve as a strategic Talent Acquisition partner, working closely with hiring leaders to support recruitment across multiple business groups and corporate functions, including IT and Research & Development.
• Leverage recruiting tools and technologies such as Workday (ATS), resume databases, LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and job boards to identify and engage top talent.
• Conduct proactive market research and develop innovative sourcing strategies to strengthen talent pipelines and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Share market insights, talent trends, and competitive intelligence with hiring managers and key business stakeholders to inform hiring strategies.
