Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, professional, and corporate roles from intake through offer.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using ATS, social media, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, assess qualifications, and present hiring recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and support workforce planning.
• Build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates for critical roles.
