Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Technical Recruiter to identify, screen, and manage candidates for contract and direct-hire roles, partnering with the sales team to fulfill job orders. You will work with business stakeholders to plan and deliver timely projects, while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

You will use Bullhorn to log activities and collaborate with team members to cross-sell and fulfill open positions across practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or 0–18 months tech sales/staffing experience.
• Active member of IT community, networking groups a plus.
• Recruiting and candidate management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, assess, and recruit qualified talent to fill job orders.
• Update, review, and utilize a candidate skills matrix during recruitment.
• Conduct weekly interviews aligned with performance objectives.
• Generate leads through relationships and candidate interactions to support sales.
• Log activity, notes, and information in Bullhorn for book-of-business management.
