Strategic Systems is seeking an experienced IT Staffing Recruiter to identify, engage, and place qualified technology professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities. This role rewards profitable placements and requires building strong candidate relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle while partnering with account managers and delivery teams, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, and other sourcing tools to build

Qualifications

• IT recruiting experience across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals through LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to placement.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated client needs.
• Coordinate interviews, present submissions, and manage offers and placement.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with account managers to understand client requirements and expectations.
