Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Associate Director, Business Development to drive sales and grow revenue in technology staffing. The role partners with recruiters, builds client relationships, and leads strategic activities to fulfill open orders and deliver results.

The position emphasizes collaboration with business stakeholders, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to manage and grow a book of business using Bullhorn.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 4-7 years in technology sales, consulting or staffing experience required.
• Active member of IT community, networking groups a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
• Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, ad calls, email, social media, in-person meetings.
• Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives.
• Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
• Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing a book of business.
