Job summary

You will oversee project portfolios, establish standards, and partner with business and technology leaders to drive value and delivery excellence.

The role focuses on governance, continuous improvement, and strategic program management across enterprise initiatives, with accountability for budgets, timelines and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, business or engineering.
• 8+ years in progressive IT project or program management.
• 3+ years leading project or program management teams.
• Experience guiding large cross-functional technology initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of project managers to deliver complex IT initiatives.
• Oversee a portfolio of IT projects aligning with business goals.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Report status, risks and outcomes to executives.
• Drive large-scale technology implementations and digital transformations.
• Partner with executives, vendors, and stakeholders to set objectives.
• Communicate progress, decisions and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Establish governance frameworks and pursue process improvements.
