Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a high-energy leader to drive delivery of complex technology initiatives in the Commercial Segment. You will manage Agile teams, coach stakeholders, and align with product roadmaps to enable successful outcomes.

The role requires 7+ years in project management and 5+ years in program delivery within large organizations, with a focus on governance, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years managing teams of Project Managers/Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile/Scrum methodologies to projects.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting and financial management.
• 2+ years using MS Office Suite and work management tools for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ including large projects.
• Lead Agile resources and matrixed project team members.
• Drive planning activities and reporting for teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Interface with senior leaders across the company.
• Track timelines, milestones and dependencies with partners.
• Monitor multiple project lifecycles and address issues.
• Manage projects using CVS Agile methodology and PM practices.
• Coordinate progress with other project leads and owners.
• Resource planning to support project goals and reviews.
