Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of program delivery leadership in large matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of managing teams of Project Managers or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years of budget planning, forecasting, and financial management.
• 2+ years using MS Office Suite and budget tools to drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ and large projects.
• Lead Agile resources and matrixed project teams.
• Drive planning activities, agendas, and progress reports.
• Ensure project deliverables are created and updated as projects grow.
• Communicate with senior leaders across the company.
• Track timelines, milestones, and dependencies with partners.
