Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an innovative leader to drive delivery on critical technology initiatives in the Commercial Segment. This role requires agile and program management expertise, coaching teams, and partnering with Technology, Business, and Operations to advance the product roadmap.

You will manage multi-project lifecycles, coordinate with senior leaders, monitor milestones, and ensure resources and budgets align with objectives while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading Agile, cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience leading program delivery in large, matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing teams of Project Managers and/or Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years of experience applying software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ consisting of one or more large projects.
• Oversee Agile practice resources and contractors and matrixed project team members.
• Drive planning activities, develop agendas, prepare reports, and monitor initiatives.
• Interface with Senior leaders across the company to communicate status and risks.
• Monitor timelines and milestones with internal and external partners to meet objectives.
• Manage projects using CVS agile methodology and other PM practices and tools.
