Responsibilities

• Develop change management plans to minimize resistance and ensure adoption.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and establish contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports with milestones and risks.
• Oversee contractor processes end to end.
• Track budgets and forecasts for assigned initiatives.
• Monitor security vulnerability tracking and vendor management.
• Create leadership presentation content and decks.
